On Tuesday, July 24, 2019, Georgia Women hosted its third salon related to healthcare in the US. The evening was facilitated by Alyssa Green, Outreach and Education Manager at Georgians for A Healthy Future. The focus of the evening was Medicaid coverage in Georgia and attendees received advocacy information about Georgia's partial expansion of Medicaid including what to anticipate in the 2020 legislative session.
